• All orders are Delivered within 3-4  business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Personalised products take 4-5 working days to get dispatched.

2. Shipping Time:

• Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 2-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
• Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays.
  

3. RTO (Return to Origin)

• If an order is returned to us (RTO) for any reason (e.g., customer not available, incorrect address, refusal to accept, etc.)
• Reshipping will only be done after the customer pays ₹100, which covers the double shipping charge levied by the courier for RTO cases.

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate, and someone is available to receive the parcel to avoid RTO.
