Return Policy

At Uphaar Bazaar, we take pride in the quality of our artificial jewellery. Because these are personal fashion items, our policy is as follows:


A. Return & Exchange Eligibility
•    Damaged/Wrong Products: We only accept returns or exchanges if the item arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect product.
•    Reporting Window: You must report any damage or discrepancy within 24 to 48 hours of delivery via email info@uphaarbazaar.com or WhatsApp +91-8130399899.
•    Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process a claim for damage, a clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed package) is mandatory.


B. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
•    Earrings (due to hygiene standards).
•    Items showing signs of wear or used for an event.
•    Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale."


C. The Refund Process
•    Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•    Mode of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

D. Shipping for Returns
•    If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Uphaar Bazaar will bear the return shipping cost.
•    For all other approved exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse.
